This suspended mobile depicts a dandelion dream in flight.  The tufts of the dandelion have been rendered in walnut (the seed pod) wire (the stem) and LED lit fiber optic strand (the flight tufts.)  The sculpture was developed for Kittredge Theatre on the Warren-Wilson College campus in Swannanoa, NC to coincide with the Swannanoa Chamber Festival.   Many thanks to all of the musicians who have been an inspiration to so many of us over the years.
